Development of lean manufacturing concept

Quality management system development
  • Provide assessment of Quality Management System (QMS);
  • Develop QMS up to the worldwide level;
  • Prepare QMS according to the Customers’ requirements (SES* etc.);
  • Assist on quality standards certification ISO 9001, ISO14000, IATF 16949:2016 and others.
Lean manufacturing implementation
